摘 要:目前自行武器的电源主要是由车体底盘发动机通过变速器直接驱动发电机提供的,由于自行武器在行进间或转弯时发动机的转速变化很大,从而造成自行武器随动系统掉电。为解决自行火炮在行进间发电机的供电问题,采用了泵控马达液压驱动方式,借助马达转速传感器,将液压马达的输出转速与规定转速进行比较,通过控制器,实现对变量泵排量的控制,从而保证马达转速恒定,发电机稳定发电。试验表明,该稳速系统工作可靠,各项性能指标均满足自行武器行进间射击对发电机转速的要求,大大改善了传统自行武器的供电品质,为解决自行武器供电系统的驱动方式开辟了一种技术途径。At present, power supply of self-propelled gun was mainly provided by vehicle chassis engine through the transmission of directly driven generators. Because the change of the engine speed during self-propelled gun marching or turing on the road was very large, power down of weapon control system was resulted in. In order to solve the power supply problems of the power generators during self-propelled gun marching on the road, the hydraulic-drived system of pump controlled motor was used. With the help of the motor speed sensor, the output speed of hydraulic motor was compared with the defined speed of hydraulic motor. Through the controller, variable pump emission control was realized soas to ensure the constant speed of motor and generator, and ensure that power generation was stable. The test results showed that the operation of the steady speed system is reliable, and all of the performance indicators can meet the requirements of generator speed of self-propelled gun fire during it marching on the road. The steady speed hydraulic-driven system can greatly improve the traditional quality of its own power supply system and open up a technical approach for driving way of self-propelled gun power supply system.
