摘 要:科研试验带有极强的探索性,未知和不确定因素较多,事故风险概率高,外场试验工作的安全性是火炮试验现场的第一要素。某火炮在强装药连发射击试验中发生了膛炸故障,严重影响了试验的进度并威胁到现场试验人员的安全。通过对膛炸试验现场的观察及对损坏零件和膛炸药筒破坏方式的分析,结合破损部分微观和宏观的检测结果,从时序上判断出事故发生过程和引发膛炸故障的内在原因。以此展开对该火炮使用中的安全性和保障性的再认识,对其今后的设计和试验提出建议,可为其他同类装备的设计和试验提供参考。Scientific research and test has extremely strong exploration, there existed many unknown and uncertainty factors, and the probability of accident risk is very high, therefore the safety of outfield test operation is the first essential factor on gun testing site. A certain kind of the gun occurred a bore permature accedent under the condition of supercharge in the course of continuous fire test, this has very serious influence on the rate of test progress and has threatened the security of testing personnel on the test site. By means of observation of bore permature test site and analysis of destroy manner of damaged parts and cartridge case acquired from bore permature accedent, combined with microcosmic and macroscopical test results, the accedent occurrence process and inherent reason of bore permature accedent were determined from the point of view of time sequence. Recognition of the security and supportability during the course of gun operation were performed. The research results can provide proposals for design and test in the future, and can also provide reference for design and test of the same type of weapon equipment.
