摘  要:用傅里叶变换红外光谱研究了气态甲苯-2,4-二异氰酸酯(2,4-Toluene Diisocyanate;TDI)与新闻纸的接枝共聚反应机理,并分析了经过聚氨酯化处理后的新闻纸的物理特性.结果表明:气态TDI与新闻纸纤维中的纤维素和半纤维素能够反应生成氨基甲酸酯结构,而与未漂浆中的酶解木素几乎不发生反应;新闻纸经过聚氨酯化处理后,在纸张表面纤维之间能够生成氨基甲酸酯结构,增强纤维之间的连接,对新闻纸的湿抗张强度和印刷表面强度有明显改善,但是干抗张强度、撕裂度和耐破度没有明显提高.The mechanism of graft copolymerization of gaseity TDI with newspaper was investigated through FTIR. The physical properties of newspaper treated with polyurethane were also analyzed. The results showed that carbamate bond was formed through the reaction of gaseity TDI with cellulose and hemicellulose of newspaper. Gaseity TDI could hardly react with celluolytic enzyme lignin (CEL) from unbleached pulp. The carbamate bond was formed among fibers when newspaper was treated with polyurethane. It could strengthen the combination among fibers and remarkably improve the wet strength and printing surface strength of newspaper. But dry strength, tear strength and burst strength of newspaper could not increase markedly.
