辛伐他汀在血脂正常高血压患者治疗中的作用

摘　　要：目的探讨辛伐他汀对血脂正常高血压患者的影响。方法100例血脂正常的高血压患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组各50例。对照组采用β-受体阻滞剂、钙拮抗剂、利尿剂等常规治疗;治疗组在常规治疗基础上加辛伐他汀治疗,观察两组治疗前后血压、血脂、血浆内皮素的变化。结果治疗组血压明显低于对照组,血浆内皮素水平也明显降低。结论辛伐他汀具有降脂外的降压作用,可能通过改善内皮功能来实现。Objective To discuss the effect of simvastatin on patients with hypertension and normal blood lipid. Methods 100 cases with hypertension and normal blood lipid were randomly divided into 2 groups： treatment group and control group, 50 cases in each; routine treatment with β -blocker, calcium antagonist and diuretic was applied to patients in both groups, and simvastatin was added to patients in treatment group ; The changes of blood pressure, blood lipid and plasma endothelin of patients in both groups before and after treatment were observed. Results The blood pressure of the patients in treatment group was much lower than that in control group and the level of plasma endothelin in treatment group decreased much more. Conclusions Simvastatin is of lipid - decreasing effect as well as hypotensive effect which is gained by improving the endothlia function.
