高渗盐水滴鼻治疗新生儿鼻塞疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察3%高渗盐水滴鼻对新生儿鼻塞的治疗效果。方法将新生儿鼻塞106例随机分为治疗组和对照组(各53例),治疗组用3%高渗盐水滴鼻,对照组用地塞米松注射液滴鼻。结果治疗组显效率和总有效率分别为75.5%和96.2%,对照组显效率和总有效率分别为54.7%和81.1%,两组之间的显效率和总有效率差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论3%高渗盐水滴鼻治疗新生儿鼻塞疗效显著,无不良反应,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the curative effect of 3% hypertonic saline nasal dropping in treating newbom infants with nasal obstruction. Methods 106 newborn infants were randomly divided into 2 groups ： treatment group and control group, 53 cases in each; nasal dropping of 3% hypertonie saline was made in treatment group while that of dexamethasone injection in control group. Results The effectual rate and the total effective rate of treatment group were 75. 5% and 96. 2%, and those of control group were 54. 7% and 81.1%, there existed a difference between the 2 groups with statistical significance （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusions 3% hypertonic saline nasal dropping is effective in treating newbem infants with nasal obstruction with no side effect, and it is worthy of being widely applied in clinic.
