防漏防塌钻井液技术在滴西油田的应用

摘　　要：滴西地区地层比较复杂,根据已钻井资料显示:该区地层具有上部地层易漏失,下部易垮塌等特点。通过对配方配伍性研究,采用钾钙基聚磺钻井液;现场应用表明:钾钙基聚磺钻井液配伍性好、抗污染能力强、防塌能力强、流动性好;尤其是配合凝胶堵漏剂QZ,防漏效果好,适合滴西油田钻井施工和储层保护的需要,可进一步推广应用。Some zones of the DX in Xinjiang oilfield is complicated.According to the well data,the upside stratum is easy to seep and the lower part is easy to collapse.Through research on the formula,potassium and calcium based on polysulfonated drilling fluid has been used;it has the effect of the anti-pollution,anti-seepage,anti-collapse and the fluidity is good.Especially after combining with QZ,it has a very important role in anti-seepage,so it is suitable for the well drilling construction and reservoir protection in DX oilfield,it can be further popularized.
