摘  要:目的:探讨脾虚导致水肿的病理生理机制。方法:采用劳倦加饥饱失常法塑造大鼠脾虚模型,比较其血清AST、ALT、ALP、CHE、5-NT、LDH、LDH1、α-HBD、CK、CK-MB10种酶活性与正常对照组之间的差异。结果:脾虚组LDH、LDH1、ALP、5-NT较正常对照组极显著降低(P<0.01),AST、CK-MB、α-HBD、CK显著降低(P<0.05),CHE明显增高(P<0.05),ALT减低但无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:脾虚引起大鼠血清中多种酶学变化,反映了肝脏和心脏的病理性损害,两脏器的功能受损可能是导致脾虚水肿的原因。Objective:To study the pathophysiologyical mechanism from syndrome of spleen deficiency to dropsy. Methods :The rat model with syndrome of spleen deficiency was made by the way of tiring and disordered feast and hunger,and the difference was compared between syndrome of spleen deficiency group and normal group for the levels of 10 serum enzymes, AST,ALT, ALP,CHE,5'-NT,LDH,LDHI ,α-HBD,CK,CKMB. Results:The leves of serum enzymes for LDH,LDH1 ,ALP,5'-NT in the rats with syndrome of spleen deficiency were much notablely lowwer than that of normal group (P〈0.01), the AST, CK-MB, α-HBD, CK were notablely lowwer (P〈0. 05) ,but the CHE was notablely higher than that of normal group(P〈0.05). Conclusion:The changes of more enzymes in rat serum were processed by syndrome of spleen deficiency,indicating pathological damages for liver and heart, and the functional damage was the reason which syndrome of spleen deficiency would be dropsy.
