摘 要:目的以小鼠精子正常形态学的改变来判断受试化合物对精子的毒性作用.方法采用雄性昆明种小鼠随机分组.通过分析统计实验组与对照组小鼠精子畸形率以确定受试化合物是否对精子有损害,双盲法操作.结果实验(1)组小鼠精子畸形率(34.75±10.34)‰,实验(2)组小鼠精子畸形率(39.11±6.95)‰,对照组小鼠精子畸形率(16.64±4.95)‰.实验组与对照组小鼠精子畸形率(P<0.05)存在明显差别.结论氰戊菊酯、苯对小鼠精子具有畸变作用.Objective To find the toxic effect of tested compounds on normal mice sperm. Methods Male Kunming mice were devided at random into experimental group and control group. Through statistical analysis, the rates of sperm abnormalities in mice were used to determine whether tested compounds damage the spermatozoa or not, the double - blind method was used. Results The experimental group and control group of 1 000 points sperm malformation rate was different (an experimental group of mice sperm malformation rate of 34.75 ±10.34 per 1 000, the experimental group two sperm malformation rate of 39.11 ± 6.95 per 1 000, the control group sperm malformation rate of 16.64 ± 4.15 per 1 000). The experimental group's and control group's mice sperm abnormalities had significant differences (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Fenvalenate and benzene have aberration on mice spermatozoa.
