摘　　要：目的探讨动力髋螺钉（dynamic hip screw,DHS）结合粗隆部截骨治疗转子间骨折术后髋内翻畸形效果。方法回顾分析7例转子间骨折术后发生髋内翻畸形患者,均行DHS内固定加转子下截骨,术后给予早期功能锻炼。结果均获随访,时间2个月~2.5年。疗效评价：优6例,良1例,优良率100%。结论DHS结合粗隆部截骨在治疗转子间骨折术后髋内翻畸形显示出明显优越性。Objective To investigate the clinical applications and the therapeutic efficaeies of the DHS internal fixation followed by the tuberositas osteotomy for coxa adducta after operations of femoral rotator fracture. Method 7 cases of the coxa adducta after operations of femoral rotator fracture were bone sfitted un- der the tuberositas and then fixed by the DHS. Result All the cases were followed up for 2 to 30 months with the therapeutic efficacy evaluation of 6 of excellent and 1 of good. Conclusion It shows an obvious advantage of the DHS internal fixation followed by the tuberositas osteotomy for eoxa adducta after operations of femoral rotator fracture, and is worthy to be popularized.
