摘 要:1995年11月和1996年4月两次对青山水库的浮游植物进行研究,共鉴定藻类58属101种,依次为绿藻门39种,硅藻门24种,蓝藻门13种,裸藻门9种,甲藻门6种,隐藻门和金藻门各5种。其中多污水体指示种5种,ɑ-中污水体指示种24种,β-中污水体指示种49种,寡污水体指示种21种。优势种为颗粒直链藻极狭变种(Melosiragranulatavar.angustisima),颗粒直链藻(M.granulata)和小颤藻(Oscilatoriatenuis)。浮游植物的细胞密度为8.53×107/1,生物量为16.34mg/1,浮游植物群落结构的组成表明,青山水库已属富营养型水体,并有继续发展的趋势。A phytoplankton survey was carried out in Qingshan Reservoir of Zhejiang Province in Nov.1995 and April 1996.A total of 101 taxa belonging to 58 genera was been identified,including 39 taxa of Chlorophyta,24 taxa of Bacillariophyta,13 taxa of Cyanophyta,9 taxa of Euglenophyta,6 taxa of Pyrrophyta,5 taxa ecah of Cryptophyta and Chrysophyta.Among them,there were 5 polysaprobic indicator,24 ɑmesosaprobic indicator,49 βmesosaprobic indicator and 21 oligosaprobic indicator species.The dominant species were Melosira granulata var,angustissima,M.granulata and Oscillatoria tenuis.The average biomass of phytoplankton was 16.34 mg/1 and cell density was 8.53×107/1.According to the structure of the phytoplankton community,Qingshan Reservoir at present is an eutrophic water body,and the tendency to heavy eutrophication cannot be ignored.
