摘　　要：将云南省程海采集的微囊藻和鱼腥藻干粉分别添加到小鼠饲料中饲喂小白鼠，随添加剂量的增加，动物出现不同程度的中毒现象．用生理盐水浸泡的微囊藻、鱼腥藻粗提液给小白鼠腹腔注射的急性动物实验及血凝反应表明，微囊藻和鱼腥藻粗提液能使动物产生中毒反应，甚至死亡。The arid powder of Microcytis and Anabaena circinalis from Zhenghai Lake add in fodder of mouse and feed mice,that follow addition of dose,the experiment animals appear intoxication in different degree,even dice.The using crude extracts from the Microcytis and Anabaena circinlis in the physiologic saline,and inject to mouse from abdominal cavity.This acute animal experiment hemagglutination explain that:the crude extracts from the Microcytis and Anabaena circinlis can appear intoxication of differed degree, even dice,meanwhile that can cause hemagglutination.
