摘　　要：目的:观察运用Lux 1540nm点阵激光治疗瘢痕的临床疗效。方法:选取瘢痕患者75例,其中外伤性瘢痕37例,痤疮后瘢痕38例,运用Lux 1540nm点阵激光进行治疗,观察疗效及副作用。结果:痊愈6例(8.00%),显效23例(30.67%),有效25例(33.33%),无效21例(28.00%),总有效率72.00%;随着治疗次数的增加,疗效逐渐提高。外伤性瘢痕与痤疮后瘢痕两组之间总有效率无差异(P>0.05)。术后出现暂时性色素沉着3例(4%),红斑1例(1.33%),均于数周内消退。结论:Lux 1540nm点阵激光治疗瘢痕疗效确切,安全性高,副作用低,不影响患者的学习及工作,值得临床推广。Objective To access the clinical effect of Lux 1540 nm fractional laser in the treatment of scar. Methods 75 patients with scar were treated with the Lux 1540 nm fractional laser, among them, 37 patients caused by injure and 38 cases caused by acne. The curative effects and side effects were observed. Result 6 cases （8.00%） were cured, 23 cases （30.67%） were improved significantly, 25 cases （33.33%） were improved, 21 cases （28.00%） were ineffective, the total effective rate was 72.00%. The total effective rate had no difference between the scar caused by trauma or acne （P〉0.05）. The therapeutic effect was rised as the therapy times added. Temporary hyperpigmentation were found on 3 cases （4.00%）,one patient （1.33%） show erythema, all faded away in several weeks. Conclusions Lux 1540 nm fractional laser is effective and safe in the treatment of scar, the side effects was rare, without downtime almost, which deserves the clinical expansion.
