摘　　要：本文旨在通过对我国典型的并已达到了较高水平的居民小区（芳庄、绿园）的生活环境质量、小区规划卫生和住宅卫生等进行卫生学评价，为中国２１世纪居民小区的模式提供卫生学依据。本文研究结果表明：两个小区的规划布局、住宅条件和生活环境质量基本达到了卫生要求，对目前类似经济水平的地区能起到一定的示范作用。但是，小区粪便垃圾的无害化处理和地面水污染防治等仍是目前进一步提高居住小区生活环境质量的主要卫生学问题。The aim of this study was to provide hygienic basis for the model of Chinese residential district in 21 st century by evaluating the living environmental quality,planning of residential area and housing sanitation of the residential area (Fangzhuang,Luyuan) which were typical and had come up to higher level in ChinaThis results showed:the layout and housing sanitation and living environmental quality of these two districts had basically come up to sanitary standardsThe construction of these two districts could play an exemplary role for those places which had come up to the similar economic levelBut the decontamination of feces and garbage and the prevention and control of surface water contamination were still main sanitary problems for making further improvement in life environmental quality of residential districs
