摘　　要：介绍了业务流程建模的基本概念,以及装备维修器材业务流程建模的基本方法。在此基础上,围绕装备维修器材管理工作中的组织结构、业务流程和业务信息三要素,描述了装备维修器材业务流程建模的基本过程,并对业务模型优化方法进行了说明。It introduces the conception of the business process modeling and the essential method of the arming maintenance material business process modeling. And then, it explains the procedure of the arming maintenance material business process modeling based on organization structure, business process and business information. At last, it expounds the business model improvement method.
