摘  要:设计了一种3级同步液压缸,利用Matlab/Simulink数值仿真软件对3级同步液压缸的同步特性进行了动态仿真,仿真结果表明所设计的3级同步液压缸可实现同步运行。同时利用多体动力学仿真软件AD-AMS,将3级同步液压缸置于液压电梯系统中进行仿真,研究其位置、速度、加速度曲线误差大小及其对液压电梯运行平稳性的影响。仿真结果表明液压电梯系统中3级同步液压缸同步误差小于5%,满足实际使用要求。The paper presents how the three - stage synchronous hydraulic cylinder is designed and how the dynamic simulation of the cylinder's synchronous characteristics is carried out by means of Matlab/Simulink numerical simulation software. The results show that this method can make the cylinder synchronous operation. Furthermore, the three - stage synchronous hydraulic cylinder used in the hydraulic elevator system is simulated to study the effect of the cylinder's position, velocity, acceleration curve error on the hydraulic elevator's running smoothness. The result shows that the synchronous error of the cylinder is less 5 percent and can meet the operational requirement.
