摘　　要：目的:观察Q开关Nd-YAG激光治疗色素增多性皮肤病的临床疗效与安全性。方法:45例色素增多性皮肤病,用Q开关Nd:YAG激光(1064nm波长)皮损区的多次照射治疗,治疗间隔时间2～3个月,根据皮损不同颜色、部位、年龄及治疗经验选择不同能量和光斑大小。结果:Q开关Nd-YAG激光治疗色素增多性皮肤病均有效,其中美容文刺、文身和太田痣总有效率均达90%以上。结论:Q开关Nd-YAG激光治疗色素增多性皮肤病的疗效及安全性较好。Objective：To observe the therapeutic effect and safety of treating hyperpigmented skin disorder by home-made Q-switched Nd-YAG laser. Methods： Forty-five patients with hyperpigmentation underwent the therapy by using Q-switched Nd-YAG laser （wavelength, 1 064 nm ） in area of the skin lesions at intervals of 2 to 3 months. The spot size and energy were dependent on the skin color,region of the skin lesions and experience of the doctor. Resuls ： Q -switched-YAG laser were effective in treatment of hyperpigmented skin disorders, especially, in 90% cases of cosmetic tattoos,body tattoos and Ota＇s nevus. Conclusion：Q- switched Nd-YAG laser is safe and effective in the skin disorders of hypermentation.
