大字杜鹃扦插繁殖技术的研究

摘　　要：以延边朝鲜族自治州珲春市敬信乡野生大字杜鹃为材料,研究扦插插条的选取时期、插条形态、基质、生长调节剂的种类和浓度及浸泡时间等对扦插插条生存率的影响.结果表明,扦插时期以春、秋季为最佳,扦插基质以蛭石∶草炭土=1∶1为宜,以有顶芽的插条在200 mg/L IBA+100 mg/L NAA中浸泡5 s的处理获得较高的扦插插条生根率.Researched the effect of the selection time of cutting, cutting shape, matrix, growth regulator type and concentration as well as the immersion time on twigs. The results indicated that spring or autumn is the best cutting time, vermiculite, turfy soil =1： 1 is suitable for cutting matrix; the cutting with terminal bud which was taken into the growth regulator of 200 mg/L IBA ＋ 100 mg/L NAA for 5 s obtained the higher rooting rate.
