摘  要:目的:观察黄蜀葵对实验性大鼠血清睾酮(T)、雌二醇(E2)、T/E2的调节作用及对毛发脱落的影响。方法:采用大鼠颈后皮下注射5 mg/(kg.d)剂量的丙酸睾丸酮造成脂脱模型,同时对实验组用黄蜀葵油煎剂进行治疗,并用山茶油作溶剂对照组,每天观察脱毛实验观察区脱毛情况,连续给药60 d后取血,用放射免疫法检测各组动物血清T、E2并计算出T/E2。结果:与正常对照组比较,模型组和溶剂对照组大鼠血清T明显升高,T/E2明显升高,单位面积脱毛数量明显增高(P<0.01);黄蜀葵油煎剂组分别与模型组、溶剂对照组比较,血清T明显降低,T/E2降低,单位面积脱毛数量减少(P<0.01)。结论:脂脱大鼠体内存在着明显的性激素(尤其是雄激素)失调,黄蜀葵可调节机体的性激素水平,使紊乱的T/E2趋于正常,预防毛发脱落。Objective: To investigate the regulation of Abelmoschus manihot on testosterone (T), estradiol( E2 ) and the proportion of T to E2 (T/E2 ) in rats blood and effect of losing hair. Methods: Seborrheic alopecia model was established by subcutaneous injection of T (5mg/kg · d), Smearing Abelmeschus manihot (2ml/d in the prophase, 1 ml/d in the second half phase ) in the same time continuously for 60 days. Use camellia oil as solvent control group. T, E2 and T/E2 groups were detected by radioimmuneassay(PdA) method. Results: As compared with the normal group , the levels of T and T/E2 were higher. As compared with model group and solvent control group, the levels of T and T/E2 were lower in treated group. Conclusion: There is an obvious imbalance of sex hormones ( spodally androgenic hormones) in seborrheie alopecia. Abelmeschus manihot has the contraction of alopecin of hair. It can make the T/E2 to be stable.
