摘　　要：运用层次分析法(analytic hierarchy process,AHP)计算电力需求侧管理综合评价指标体系的分部权重及整体权重,探讨模糊综合评判应用于电力需求侧管理综合评价的可行性,并用模糊评判对某地的电力需求侧管理进行综合评价,得到量化评价结果,从而验证所提出的电力需求侧管理指标体系及评价方法的实用性、科学性。The part weight and the whole weight of the index system for comprehensively evaluating power demand side management （DSM） are calculated by the analytic hierarchy process （AHP）. The feasibility of applying fuzzy-synthesizing evaluating method to power DSM is approached. Moreover, fuzzy evaluation is used to comprehensively evaluate the power DSM in some area and quantitative results are obtained. From the results, it can be seen that the index system and the evaluation method proposed are scientific and practicable.
