The strengths and weaknesses for the schemes of traditional boiler combustion optimization were thoroughly analyzed. The focus is the applications of intelligence control technology in the boiler combustion optimization. The essential explanations for the advantages and limitations of each control method were also made. Finally, the development directions of boiler combustion optimization technology were discussed.
