杭州市区医疗资源的存量分析及发展研究

摘　　要：通过对杭州市医疗资源的变迁、分布和利用的分析,得出结论:该市医疗资源存量已达到发达国家水平。但在资源分布和结构上不够合理,在服务利用上出现求基层方便、求高层优质的趋势。研究提示,杭州市区域卫生规划的医疗资源应控制总量,盘活存量,择优发展,依托省市和高校的医学资源优势,立足杭州中心区域,面向全省及周边地区,发展医疗卫生事业。On Hangzhou City' s medical resources, including professionals, technology, equipment, information, funds, and other supplies, quantitative and qualitative analyses or constructive suggestions are made in these aspects: evolution of resources structure and contribution rate of scientific and technological progresses;optimal and appropriate utilization of hospitals of various levels and types so that they compete, help and complement each other; development and spread of advanced and applied technologies, with priorities in mind and on a selective basis; provision of health services and cooperative aid in the province and other localities.
