摘　　要：本文针对以往土地开发整理规划的不足,提出了基于MAPGIS的土地开发整理规划的编制方法。以陕西省渭南市安里乡为例,探讨应用MAPGIS进行土地开发整理规划编制的工作流程,详细论述了项目区规划图的制作方法以及土地开发整理规划图的编辑与整饰方法、技巧,并对项目中的关键性问题提出了相应的解决方法。In view of the insufficiency of former land development and consolidation planning, a land development and consolidation planning establishment method is proposed based on the MAPGIS. Taking Anli Township of Weinan in Shaanxi Province as an example,it discussed the workflow about the preparation of land development and consolidation planning by MAPGIS, elaborated the methods about production of playing maps as well as the methods and the skills about edition and retouches of land development and consolidation, and proposed the corresponding solution about the crucial questions to a project.
