摘  要:从印染厂的活性污泥中筛选分离出了一株卡布龙红R4染料脱色优势菌X1,在30℃、200rpm、染料浓度5mg/L、接种量为6mL、培养基的pH自然的实验条件下进行脱色培养96小时,其脱色率最高,可达到68.42%。A dye decolorizing advantage germ X1 from activated sludge was sieved and separated. And it was discussed that the germ decolorized Carplon red R4 in different conditions such as temperature, rotor speed, pH, dye strength, inoculation quantity, and cultivation time. The optimum conditions for germ Xl decolorizing were investigated, and the result showed that the decolorizing efficiency can be 68.42% with temperature 30℃, 150rpm, natural pH, 5mg/L dye, inoculated volume 6mL, and cultivation 96h.
