自动痔疮套扎术在门诊痔病手术的应用(附86例报告)

摘　　要：目的观察和评价自动痔疮套扎术在门诊痔病手术中的疗效。方法对门诊病人中86例Ⅱ～Ⅲ度内痔或混合痔采用自动痔疮套扎术进行回顾性分析,并对其手术时间、并发症及疗效进行评价。结果手术平均时间12.3min;6例出现并发症;78例1次治愈,5例残留外痔,经手术切除后痊愈,3例残留内痔,2经硬化剂注射、1例经保守治疗后痊愈。结论自动痔疮套扎术操作简单,创伤小,疗效确切,在门诊施行是安全可行的。Objective To observe and evaluate the therapeutic effects on the automatic of hemorrhoid in outpatients with hemorrhoids. Methods 86 patients suffering from Ⅱor Ⅲ grade hemorrhoids received the automatic ligation of hemorrhoids were analyzed retrospectively, and the operation time, complications and therapeutic effects were evaluated. Results The mean operation time was 12.3 minutes; 6 cases with complications were recorded;78 cases were cured,5 cases of residual external hemorrhoid were cured by additional excision, 3 cases of residual internal hemorrhoid, 2 of them were cured by additional injection with hardener, 1 was cured by conservational therapy. Conclusion The automatic ligation of hemorrhoid has many advantages, such as simple manipulation, less injury and reliable therapeutic effects.
