新农2号狗牙根建坪技术研究

摘　　要：新农2号狗牙根不同贮藏年限与硝酸钾处理种子发芽试验表明，随着贮藏年限增加，发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数逐渐增加；与对照相比，硝酸钾处理的发芽率，发芽势和发芽指数显著提高，且种子贮藏年限越短，差异越明显。从播量看，新农2号狗牙根种子建坪适宜播量为5g／m2，而营养体建坪播量建议采用40g／m2，撒播覆沙。从种子播期看，4月3日～9月13日新农2号狗牙根出苗所需时间呈倒抛物线形式，6月中旬～8月初出苗最快，需4～5d，且播期早晚对总出苗率影响不显著（P〉0．05）。The germination experiment of Cynodon dactylon cv. Xinnong No. 2 seeds stored for different periods was tested after KNO3 treatment. The result showed that the germination rate,germinating energy and germination index increased along with the storage time. Compared with the control, the germination of seeds treated with KNO~ was higher,and the difference was significant while the storage time was shorter. The proper sowing rate was 5 g/m2 for seeds establishment and it was 40 g/m2 for vegetative organ establishment, then covered with sand. The seedling speed was the fastest between the second ten days of June and the first ten days of August and there was no difference on the total germination rate if sowing earlier or later.
