摘 要:目的:明确朱砂连续大剂量给药后汞在大鼠组织中的分布以及汞及其蓄积性。方法:大鼠连续口服朱砂(7.0g/kg)后采集组织(心、肝、肺、肾、大脑)样品,微波消解-原子荧光光谱法测定汞在组织中的浓度。结果:心脏、肺脏、肝脏及大脑中的汞浓度在给药后不同天数虽未见显著性差异,但亦可见升高趋势,而在肾脏中的汞浓度可见随给药时间的延长显著上升。结论:连续口服朱砂后汞在肾脏中有较高分布和蓄积。Objective: To find out the distribution and accumulation of Mercury in organ after successive large dose oral administration of Cinnabar to rats. Methods:Each rat was given a 7.0g/kg dose of Cinnabar by mouth lasted 10 days,tissue samples of the rats were collected. Microwave digestion-atomic fluorescence spectrometry method was used to determine the concentrations of Mercury in tissue. Results :The concentration of Mercury had not increase significantly in heart, lung,liver and brain. In the kidney,the concentration of Mercury increased significantly in the tenth day. Conclusion: These results suggested that the possibility of accumulation of Mercury in kidney after successive large dose oral administration of Cinnabar to rats.
