冠心病不稳定性心绞痛血瘀证与超敏c反应蛋白 载脂蛋白A1关系的临床探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨冠心病不稳定性心绞痛血瘀证患者超敏c反应蛋白(Hs-CRP)、载脂蛋白A1水平及其临床意义。方法:31例冠心病不稳定性心绞痛血瘀证患者、20例冠心病不稳定性心绞痛气虚证患者和31例无冠心病对照组,分别测血浆Hs-CRP、载脂蛋白A1/B100、纤维蛋白原、脂蛋白a水平,并做单因素方差分析。结果:冠心病不稳定性心绞痛血瘀证组、气虚证组、无冠心病对照组3组间血浆Hs-CRP、载脂蛋白A1、A1/B100水平有显著性差异(P<0.05),且冠心病不稳定性心绞痛气虚证组Hs-CRP水平最高,其次为血瘀证组,无冠心病组最低;冠心病不稳定性心绞痛气虚证组载脂蛋白A1、A1/B100水平最低,其次为血瘀证组,无冠心病组最高。3组间纤维蛋白原、载脂蛋白B100、脂蛋白a差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:冠心病不稳定性心绞痛血瘀证和气虚证与载脂蛋白紊乱、炎症反应有相关性关系。Objective：To explore of the relationship between high sensitive C-reactive protein（hs-CRP） and apolipoprotein A1 level of the Blood Stasis Syndrome in unstable angina peetoris of Coronary Heart Disease（CHD） and the clinical value. Methods：31 patients of unstable angina pectoris CHD of BSS type,20 patients of unstable angina peetofis CHD of qi-deficieney type and 31 patients of non CHD（control） ,were detected the level of blood plasma hs-CRP,apolipoprotcin A1/B100 ,fibrinogen,lipoprotein,and used the one-way analysis of variances. Results：There were significant differents among the blood plasma hs-CRP,apolipoprotein A1, A1/B100, in the patients of unstable angina peetoris CHD of BSS type, qi-defieieney type,non CHD （control） （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, and the hs-CRP level was the highest in the group of unstable angina peetoris CHD of qi-deficieney type, the next is the group of BSS type, then was the group of non CHD. The apolipoprotein A1 ,A1/B100 level was the lowest in the group of unstable angina pectoris CHD of qi-defieieney type, the next is the group of BSS type, and the highest was the group of non CHD. There was no statistics differents among the fibrinogen, apolipoprotein B100, lipoprotein in the three groups （ （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： The unstable angina pectoris CHD of BSS type are related with the disorder of polipoprotein and the inflammatory reaction.
