摘  要:目的:探讨利金方对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)肺气虚证大鼠血清和支气管肺泡灌洗液(BALF)中白三烯B4(LTB4)的表达及气道炎症的影响。方法:将50只SPF级Wistar大鼠随机分为5组:空白组、模型组、补肺汤组、利金方低剂量组、利金方高剂量组。采用复合因素造模法建立COPD大鼠模型。各药物组分别以相应剂量连续给药14天。14天后检测各组大鼠血清和BALF中LTB4的含量,并比较各组小气道炎症积分情况。结果:模型组小气道炎症积分、血清及BALF中LTB4的含量明显升高;与模型组比较,应用利金方、补肺汤干预后,小气道炎症积分、血清及BALF中LTB4的含量明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);利金方高剂量组与补肺汤组比较,小气道炎症积分、血清及BALF中LTB4的含量下降也有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:LTB4在COPD气道炎症中起重要作用,利金方对气道炎症有抑制作用,其机制与抑制血清及BALF中LTB4的表达有关。Objective:To observe Li King Prescription Affects chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) rats serum and bronchialvcolar lavage fluid(BALF) in the LTB4 expression and airway inflammation. Methods:50 SPF level Wister rats were randomly divided into 5 groups : blank group, model group, the benefit payments to high - dose group, the benefit payments to low-dose group,Tom Bufei groups of 10. Use of complex factors model established rat model of COPD. The drugs were administered to the appropriate dose for 14 days. 14 days after the detection of the serum in BALF and LTB4 levels. And compare the various groups of small airway inflammation situation points. Results:Model group of small airway inflammation points, serum and LTB4 levels in BALF were significantly increased;compared with the model group,licking the application side and Tom Bufei intervention, the integration of small airway inflammation, blood and LTB4 in the BALF were significantly decreased, the difference There was a significant ( P 〈 0. 05 ) ; side licking high-dose group and Tom Bufei group, the integration of small airway inflammation, blood and BALF in LTB4 levels have dropped significantly different ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion : LTB4 in COPD airway inflammation plays an important role, liking can inhibit airway inflammation, and its mechanism of inhibition of blood and BALF in the expression of LTB4.
