摘  要:目的:观察疏肝健脾方对实验大鼠乳腺增生组织形态和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)、微血管密度(MVD)的影响。方法:采用苯甲酸雌二醇和黄体酮肌注造模的同时,用疏肝健脾方干预治疗30天,观察大鼠乳腺组织增生的程度以及乳腺组织VEGF、bFGF、MVD的表达。结果:疏肝健脾方能够抑制乳腺组织的增生,降低VEGF和bFGF的活性,抑制增生腺体新生血管的形成。结论:疏肝健脾方可通过影响血管生成相关因子的活性表达,抑制腺体新生血管的形成,改善腺体的微循环,逆转乳腺腺体的增生。Objective:To determine the effect of liver-smoothing and splecn-srengthening formula(LSF) on the histology, vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) , basic fibroblast growth factor ( bFGF ), and microvessel density (MVD) of rat hyperplasia mammary gland (HMG). Methods : The rats were injected with benzestrofol and progesterone to establish HMG model. At the same time, LSF was administrated to the rats for 30 days. Changes of the histology of HMG and the express of VEGF, bFGF, and MVD were examined. Results: LSF was able to suppress the hyperplasia of rats mammary gland,reduce the activity of VEGF and bFGF, suppress angiogenesis. Conclusion:LSF is able to cure HMG by regulating the expression of factors correlating to angiogenesis, and improving the breast microcirculation.
