摘　　要：中医药治疗异位性皮炎显示了明显的优势。随着中医药治疗异位性皮炎临床试验的逐年上升,应用科学方法对相关文献进行系统评价迫在眉睫。Meta分析可提高统计功效,评价各研究结果的不一致性,定量综合评价估计效应的大小,发现以往的研究之不足,以各研究结果为观察单位,是一种更高一级的逻辑形式的研究。利用Meta分析对1986—2007年12月底国内所有己完成的、正在进行的有关中医药治疗AD的临床研究试验文献进行了系统评价。结果显示,中医药治疗异位性皮炎有效,其疗效优于西药抗组胺药。经不同设计质量的敏感度分析以及随机效应模型与固定效应模型之间的敏感度分析,取得了较为一致的结论,显示了本研究结论是可信的,提示中医药治疗异位性皮炎确有积极前景,值得进一步的研究开发。Chinese medicine treatment of atopic dermatitis shows the clear advantage. With Chinese medicine treatment of atopic dermatitis clinical trials of increasing year by year, the application of scientific methods to conduct a systematic evaluation of relevant literature imminent. Meta - analysis can improve the statistical power to evaluate the results of the inconsistency ,comprehensive quantitative evaluation of the estimated effect of the size of previous studies found that the lack of research findings to the observation unit, is a higher level of logical form of research. Meta - analysis of this paper since 1979 to the end of December 2007 has completed all domestic, in Chinese medicine related to the ongoing treatment of AD clinical trial on a systematic evaluation of the literature. The results showed that Chinese medicine effective treatment of atopic dermatitis,its efficacy is better than Western medicine antihistamines. The quality of the different design sensitivity analysis and random effects model with fixed effects model between the sensitivity analysis ,has been made more consistent to the conclusion that the conclusions of this study is credible, prompt medical treatment of atopic dermatitis has a positive outlook,worthy of further research and development.
