摘 要:运用红外光谱仪、气相色谱质谱联用仪对电视机塑料外壳进行分析,证明其主要成分是以多溴联苯醚(PBDEs)为主要阻燃剂的高冲击强度聚苯乙烯(HIPS)。通过热重分析实验讨论了温度对多溴联苯醚脱除及HIPS降解的影响,确定了脱除多溴联苯醚的最佳温度为280℃,此时多溴联苯醚的脱除率达83%。研究了电视机塑料外壳中PBDEs脱除过程的质量传递规律,根据传质理论建立了PBDEs脱除传质模型,并与实验数据进行了对比,结果表明:本模型反映了电子塑料阻燃剂脱除的基本特征,阻燃剂脱除过程传质系数为K=11.3166g·s-1·m-2,电视机塑料外壳阻燃剂含量为12.58%,相对误差小于5%。TV shell was analyzed by means of fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and gas chromatography/mass spectrometer. The main component of TV shell was confirmed, which is HIPS doped with PBDEs. The effects of temperature on degradation of HIPS and removal of PBDEs were discussed through thermogravimetric analysis, it is concluded that 280℃ is the optimal temperature point for removing PBDEs and protecting HIPS, and the removed efficiency of PBDEs is about 83%. Mass transfer law of removal of PBDEs of TV shell was also studied. And according to the mass transfer theory, the ideal mass transfer model was established, which reflects the basic characteristics of flame retardants removal exactly. By comparing with the experimental data, the results showed that the content of fire retardant is 12.58% in TV shell, the mass transfer coefficient is K=11.3166g·s^-1·m^-2, and the relative error is less than 5%.
