摘 要:根据动态成型注射螺杆塑化时的工作特点,采用自行修正的Tanner本构方程,建立了螺杆动态塑化理论模型,并近似地给出动态注射螺杆塑化能力的表达式,研究了振动参数对注射螺杆塑化能力的影响。结果表明:注射螺杆的塑化能力随着螺杆直径、计量段螺槽深度、计量段长度的增加而提高;注射螺杆的塑化能力与螺杆转速成正比,与螺杆的背压成反比;保持其他加工参数不变的情况下,螺杆的塑化能力随着振幅和振动频率的增加而增强。The theoretical model of screw dynamic plasticizing was established based on the working principle of injection screw in dynamic plasticizing process with self-mended Tanner constitutive equations. The analytical solution to plasticizing capability of injection screw was presented in dynamic process approximatively. Effect of vibration parameters on plasticizing capability of injection screw was researched.The results showed that the plasticizing capability of injection screw improves with the increase of screw diameter, screw groove depth of measurement section and the length of measurement section. The plasticizing capability of injection screw is directly proportional to the screw speed and is inversely proportional to the back pressure of screw. Keeping the other processing parameters constant, the plasticizing capability of screw reinforces with the increase of amplitude and vibration frequency.
