高海拔地区健康藏汉族青年脉象图的研究

摘　　要：通过对高海拔地区（海拔３７０３ｍ）健康藏汉族青年的２００幅脉图分析后认为，健康藏汉族青年的脉象以滑、平、弦、缓为多。该地区藏汉族青年脉图的主要生理参数在不同民族间没有明显的差异；而在不同性别上存在着差异，表现为男性滑脉较多，女性弦脉较多，究其形成差异的原因，与男女血液动力学的差异有一定的关系。In this paper,200 pulse charts have been analyzed which are the youth of Tibetan and Han nationalities in high altitude areas(an altitude of 3703 meters).The results show that the healthy youth's pulse conditions of both Tibetan and Han can be mainly seen in such various types as equal,infrequent,abrupt and wiry.In the high altitude area,there are no distinct differences in physiologic datas between the Tibetan and Han youth in pulse charts.But it indicates remarkably differences between sex,that is the wiry pulse for the male and the abrupt for the female.The reason is that it relates with the differences of the blood dynamics.
