摘　　要：目的：探讨新型软聚硅酮敷料治疗放射性湿性皮炎的临床疗效。方法：利用新型软聚硅酮敷料对23例Ⅲ度放射性湿性皮炎患者进行治疗与观察。结果：23例Ⅲ度放射性湿性皮炎患者受损局部皮肤于3～12天恢复正常弹性，未留疤痕。结论：新型软聚硅酮敷料治疗Ⅲ度放射性湿性皮炎疗效显著，大大缩短了伤口愈合时间，减轻患者痛苦。Objective： To explore the elinical effeets of new soft silieone dressing on treating radioaetive moist dermatitiso Meth- ods.using the new soft silicone dressing to treat the 23 patients of three -degree radioaetive moist dermatitis and evaluating the eurative effeeto Results： of all the 23 patients - local impaired skin reeovers the normal elasticity, without leaving any searso Conclusion： the new soft silicone dressing has a remarkable curative effect on treating Ⅲ degree of radioactive moist dermatitis which dramatielly reduces the wound - s healing time ,as well as the patients - pain.
