胆经与眼暗适应性关系的研究

摘　　要：本文选择眼与胆经的关系,作经脉——脏腑相关性研究。观察针刺胆经下肢的光明穴、躯干的带脉穴、颈部的风池穴对暗适应性的影响。与不针刺和针刺胆经旁开的非穴位点作对照。结果表明,针刺胆经诸穴使暗适应能力提高的程度高于针刺非经穴组和不针刺组。说明胆经与眼的功能调节有一定的关系。Acordding to TCM theory each meridian has relativity to special body organ, for example pericardium merdian is relative to heart's funtion and stomach meridian to stomach's function. The relation between eye's function and Gall Bladder Meridian (GBM) had been chosed to observe whether they were relative. In experimental group acupoints of GBM (1. Guangming GB37;2. Daimai GB26 3. Ferchi GB20) which are distributed over different area of the body were punctured on each experimental day and in control group non - acupoints sport that is located out of GBM were punctured. the change of Dark Adaptation which was used as index which showed acupuncture effect had been recorded and effects of the experimental groups been compared with that of control groups. The results showed that the levels of dark adaptation were raised after puncturing and the effects of experimental groups were stronger than that of control groups. The result had also demonstrated that all acupoints of GBM that were distributed over different area of body are relative to eye s function
