摘　　要：目的探讨关节镜技术结合力线矫正及骨减压治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效。方法应用关节镜行关节清理后行胫骨高位截骨纠正力线及骨减压。结果本组34例（36膝）获得随访，随访1—4年平均28个月，优良率92．7％。结论关节内外联合治疗膝关节骨性关节炎是一种有效可靠的治疗方法。Objective To introduce a new technique to treat osteoarthritis of knee joint with arthroscope combine with rectification line of force and decompression of bone and evaluate its clinical effects. Methods After jiont clean - up with arthroscopic, perform high tibial os - teotomy to correct alignment and bone decompression. Results Thirty - six knees in twenty - four patients were available for revie - w, with an average follow - up of 28 months （ range from 1 year to 4 years）. The r - ate of excellent clinical result was 92.7 %. Conclusion Both inside and outside treatment is a effective and credible method to treat osteoarthritis of knee joint.
