普通肝素钠稀释液正压封静脉留置针管在儿科的应用和临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨普通肝素钠正压封静脉留置针管的临床效果。方法将88例留置静脉针患儿随机分为观察组和对照组，观察组：44例患儿用普通肝素钠稀释液2ml进行静脉留置针正压封管；对照组：44例患儿用生理盐水3ml进行静脉留置针正压封管。结果88例留置静脉针的患儿中，观察组使用普通肝素钠正压封管的静脉留置针留置的时间明显长于对照组，为3—4d。留置期间无血回流堵塞，患儿无任何不适主诉。与对照组比较有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论用普通肝素钠稀释液进行正压封管可减少静脉留置针堵塞，延长留置时间，减轻患儿因反复穿刺的痛苦。Objective To explore the curative effect of intravenous retention catheter of enveloping pipe with positive pressure applying heparin sodium dilution in paediatrics. Methods 88 cases with intravenous retention catheter from the Affiliated Hospital of Guangdong Medical College were randomly divided into 2 groups according to numerical table. Patients of the observed group were treated with 2 ml heparin sodium dilution undertaking positive pressure enveloping pipe for intravenous retention catheter, while the control group received 3 ml normal sodium for it. Results The results showed that the retained time of patients in the observed group （3 -4 days） were longer than that of patients in control group, simultaneously, were no backstreaming clogging for intravenous retention catheter and there were significant differences between them （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The means of heparin sodium dilution undertaking positive pressure enveloping pipe for intravenous retention catheter as an effective and convenient method which can decrease the clogging of intravenous retention catheter, prolong the detained time and lighten the suffering of pts. Therefore,it is highly recommended and popularized.
