摘 要:Wistar大鼠100只,随机分为3组:(1)正常对照组,自由饮用自来水;(2)氟中毒组,自由饮用含NaF211mg/L的加氟水;(3)复方中药组,自由饮用与氟中毒组浓度相同的加氟水,同时腹腔注射丹参—绞股蓝复方中药。结果显示:氟中毒组,脑组织、红细胞中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性比正常对照组低,丙二醛(MDA)含量升高(P<0.01);复方中药组上述指标与正常对照组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。表明过量氟能通过脂质过氧化作用增强而造成脑组织的损伤;ne hundred Wistar rats were divided randomly into 3 groups:(1) the control group drinking normal tap water;(2) fluorosis group drinking water containing higher concentration of fluoride (NaF 221mg/L);and (3) adding herbs group drinking water containing the same amount of fluoride as fluorosis group,but giving a Danshen Gypenosides compound.As compared with the control,the results from the rats with fluorosis showed lower SOD activity and higher MDA content in the brain tissue as well as in the red cell,but no any siginificant changes from the animals in adding herbs group.The evidences suggest that excessive fluorine might cause brain injury by inducing lipidperoxidation and that herbs with antioxidant might have the antagonism to the brain damage due to high level of free radical.
