摘　　要：目的建立同系异体大鼠子宫原位移植实验模型。方法8～10周龄近交系雌性Wistar大鼠120只,进行同系异体子宫原位移植,术后3周观察移植子宫成活情况。结果共实施60例同系异体大鼠子宫原位移植手术,手术成功53例、失败7例;53例手术成功者47例移植子宫成活、6例坏死,移植子宫成活率88.7%。结论同系异体大鼠子宫原位移植模型的建立是可行的,可作为子宫移植基础研究的技术平台。Objection To establish the animal model of orthotopie allograft uterine transplantation in rat. Methods The orthotopic transplantations were conducted in 120 aged 10-12 weeks inbred female Wistar rats. After 3 weeks, the survival situation of transplanted uterus were observed. Results 60 orthotopie uterine transplantation were practised, 53 cases succeeded and 7 failed. Among the 53 living reciplem rats, 47 transplanted uteri were viable. The viable rate of uterine transplantation was 88.7%. Conclusion It is feasible to establish the model of orthotopie uterine transplantation in syngenie rat, which should be feasibility for further experimental study of uterine transplantation.
