摘 要:以促进剂CZ为配体合成N-环己基-2-苯并噻唑次磺酰胺钕配合物,并对其在NR/SBR并用胶中的应用性能进行研究。通过元素分析和红外光谱分析确定稀土配合物的组成为Nd(CZ)Cl3.Nd(OH)Cl2.H2O。稀土配合物具有次磺酰胺类促进剂的延迟性能,适用于橡胶厚制品的硫化;热空气老化后硫化胶的硬度、300%定伸应力和撕裂强度增大,拉伸强度、拉断伸长率和拉断永久变形减小;可降低胎面胶的滚动阻力和生热。The N-cyclohexyl-2-benzothiazole sulfenamide neodymium complex was synthesized with accelerator CZ as ligand,and its application in NR/SBR blend was investigated. It was confirmed by element analysis and infra-red spectroscopy analysis that, the composition of the rare earth complex was Nd(CZ)Cl3 · Nd(OH)Cl2 · H2O. The rare earth complex had a delay characteristic of sulfonamide accelerators and was suitable for vulcanization of thick-walled rubber goods;after heat aging, the Shore A hardness,the modulus at 300% elongation and tear strength of vulcanizate were increased,the tensile strength,elongation at break and tensile set at break of vulcanizate were decreased;the roiling resistance and the heat build-up of tread compound with the rare earth complex could be decreased.
