摘 要:采用甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)-丙烯酸丁酯(BA)-甲基丙烯酸环氧丙酯(GMA)三元共聚物对纳米氮化钛进行表面改性,制备改性纳米氮化钛/丙烯酸酯橡胶(ACM)复合材料,并研究改性纳米氮化钛用量对复合材料性能的影响。结果表明,随着改性纳米氮化钛用量的增大,复合材料的物理性能、耐热空气老化性能、耐油性能和耐磨性能先提高后下降;改性纳米氮化钛对复合材料的高温稳定性影响不大,但提高了动态力学性能;当改性纳米氮化钛的用量为0.6~1份时,复合材料的综合性能较好。The surface of nano-titanium nitride was modified by methyl methacrylate(MMA)-butyl acrylate(BA)-glycidyl methacrylate (GMA) terpolymer,and the modified nano-titanium nitride/acrylate rubber(ACM) composite was prepared,and then the effects of the addition level of modified nanotitanium nitride on the properties of the composite were investigated. The results showed that as the addition level of modified nano-titanium nitride increased,the physical properties, hot air aging properties,oil resistance and wear resistance increased first and then decreased; the modified nano-titanium nitride had little effect on the high temperature stability of the composite, but could improve the dynamic mechanical properties; when the addition level of modified nano-titanium nitride was 0. 6 - 1 phr,the composite possessed better comprehensive properties.
