腹针配合耳穴贴压治疗原发性痛经40例

摘　　要：目的:观察腹针配合耳穴贴压治疗原发性痛经的临床疗效。方法:采用腹针配合耳穴贴压治疗原发性痛经40例,并设西药治疗32例为对照组。结果:治疗组治愈20例,有效17例,无效3例,总有效率为92.5%;对照组治愈10例,有效13例,无效9例,总有效率为71.9%。两组比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:腹针配合耳穴贴压疗效明显优于药物对照组。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of abdomen acupuncture therapy combined with pressing ear acupoints method on essential dysmenorrhea. Method： 40 cases with essential dysmenorrhea were treated by abdomen acupuncture therapy and pressing ear acupoints method as treatment group. And 32 cases in control group were treated by western medicine. Result ： In treatment group 20 cases were cured, 17 cases were ef- fective, and 3 cases were ineffective. The total effective rate was 92.5%. In control group 10 cases were cured, 13 cases were effective, and 9 cases were ineffective. The total effective rate was 71.9%. There was significant difference between the two groups （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The effect of abdomen acupuncture therapy combined with pressing ear acupoints method is better than that of western medicine on essential dysmenorrhea.
