摘　　要：分析了我国在医疗改革过程中由于政府投入的不足,以及医疗市场化所导致的医疗卫生服务的公平与效率的问题,从经济学的角度出发,对如何建立医疗保障中公平与效率的平衡机制提出了有关建议。This paper focuses on issue of the fairness and efficiency in the medical and health services of china. Analyzing the problems of government support and healthcare markets on the China＇ s health care reform. Putting forward many proposals which how to set up health care in the fairness and efficiency of the balancing mechanism from the perspective of economics.
