补肾益骨膏治疗更年期妇女骨质疏松症的临床观察

摘　　要：为探讨补肾中药治疗更年期妇女骨质疏松症的临床疗效，本研究对４７例确诊为骨质疏松症的更年期妇女随机分为治疗组和对照组，分别给服补肾益骨膏（熟地、淫羊藿、紫河车、泽泻、龙骨等组成）和安慰剂。在治疗前后进行桡骨、尺骨骨密度，骨代谢生物化学指标和雌二醇测定及肾虚证候评分。结果显示：３个月后，治疗组桡骨、尺骨骨矿含量均较治疗前增加（均Ｐ＜０．０１），而对照组呈现进行性下降，两者比较有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）；治疗组血清骨钙素水平较治疗前升高（Ｐ＜０．０１），组间对照无显著性差异；而两组的血清碱性磷酸酶、尿钙治疗前后均无显著性改变（Ｐ＞０．０５）；治疗组雌二醇维持于治疗前水平，略有上升，差异无显著意义（Ｐ＞０．０５），而对照组则进行性下降；治疗组肾虚证候评分在治疗后减低（Ｐ＜０．０５）。认为补肾益骨膏能够防治更年期妇女的骨质丢失。o explore the effect of Bushen Yigu Gao (BYG) on postmenopausal osteoporosis (PMO),47 women with PMO were randomly allocated to two groups. Group I was treated with BYG orally while Group Ⅱ with placebo as control. The bone mineral density of radius and ulna, biochemical paramenters of bone metabolism, serum estradiol and the scores of kidney_deficiency were determined before and after treatment. The results showed that: after a treatment course of 3 months, the bone mineral contents in radius and ulna increased in Group I while decreased in control group, the differences being significant(P<0.01);in Group I, the level of serum bone gla protein increased (P<0.01), while the concentrations of ALP and urinary calcium changed without significant differences(P>0.05); the level of E2 increased slightly in group I and decreased in control group, but the difference was not significant(P>0.05); the scores of kidney_deficiency in Group I decreased obviously (P<0.05). It is suggested that BYG can inhabit the loss of bone mineral in menopausal women and exert a certain effect on PMO.
