摘　　要：目的探讨脑电图（EEG）、脑干听觉诱发电位（BAEP）及CT在新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病（HIE）诊断中的意义。方法回顾性分析34例HIE的EEG、BAEP及CT检查结果。结果EEG异常30例（88．2％），BAEP异常24例（70．6％），CT异常29例（85．3％）。HIE患儿脑功能状态与EEG及BAEP关系密切。结论EEG、BAEP及CT为临床诊断HIE提供了有价值的客观依据。对HIE的早期诊断、估计预后、指导治疗均有一定的作用。Objective To investigate the EEG and brain stem auditory evoked potentials in neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephal opathy diagnostic significance. Methods Thirty - four cases of HIE were analyzed on test results. Results Thirty cases of abnormal EEG（ 88.2% ） ,24 cases of abnormal BAEP（70. 6% ） , 29 cases of abnormal CT （85.3%）. The brain function condition was intimatel relative to EEG and BAEP. Conclusions EEG, BAEP and CT for clinical diagnosis of HIE provide valuable objective basis. Early diagnosis of HIE, it is estimated that the prognosis and guide the treatment of certain value.
