军事物流系统战时运行环境与不确定因素分析

摘　　要：将环境扫描法和价值链分析法相结合,识别出战时军事物流系统运行环境和主要不确定影响因素,指出不确定性要求物流系统柔性类型和柔性水平与之相匹配。Combining the environment-scanning with the value-chain analysis methods, the paper identifies the operation environment of military logistics system and the major uncertain affecting factors at wartime and points out that the uncertainty requires the ilexibility types of logistics system should match the flexibility level.
