摘　　要：首先对军队油料保障链进行了定义,然后在对军队油料保障现状分析的基础上,对构建油料保障链战略合作关系的必要性和可行性,从博奕论、委托代理理论和交易成本理论等经济学角度进行了分析,提出了牢固树立客户关系管理理念、共同成立协调协作机构、积极举行联合活动等建立长期稳定的军队油料保障链战略合作关系的实施途径。The paper defines the military oil guarantee chain, analyzes the current situation of military oil guarantee, discusses the necessity and feasibility of establishing oil guarantee chain strategic cooperation relationship based on game theory, principal agent theory and transaction cost theory, etc and proposes how to establish a long-term, stable military oil guarantee strategic cooperation relationship.
