摘 要:采用化学复合镀技术在45钢表面制备了Ni-P/SiC复合镀层,通过金相显微镜、扫描电镜以及EDS能谱分析考察了镀层的微观组织以及镀层中获得的SiC的沉积量随镀液中SiC浓度的变化,利用划痕仪分析了镀层与基体的结合力。结果表明:镀层与基体界面处无夹杂孔洞存在、结合致密,SiC颗粒在复合镀层中分布均匀,复合镀层中SiC的沉积量随镀液中SiC浓度的增加而增加,镀液中SiC的浓度为6g/L时镀层中SiC的沉积量达到最大值10.6%,Ni-P/SiC复合镀层与基体的结合力和镀液中SiC的浓度呈抛物线关系,镀液中的SiC浓度为6g/L时,其结合力最小,为63N。Ni-P/SiC composite coating was fabricated on 45 steel substrate by electroless plating. The microstructure of the coating was studied using a metallographic microscope, scanning electron microscope (SEM ) , and an energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS). The relatioaship between the deposition amount of SiC particles in the coating and adding amount of SiC particles in the plating solution was analyzed. The adhesion force between the composite coating and the steel substrate was measured using a scratching tester. Results show that the composite coating had fine microstructure, and no inclusion or crack presented at the coating-substrate interface. At the same time, SiC particles were uniformly distributed in the composite coating, and the content of SiC in the composite coating increased with increasing concentration of SiC in the plating solution. The content of SiC in the coating reached a maximum value of 10. 6wt. % when the concentration of SiC in the plating solution was 6 g/L. Moreover, the adhesion force between the composite coating and steel substrate decreased initially with increasing concentration of SiC in the plating solution and then increased therewith. And the composite coating prepared from the plating solution containing 6 g/L SiC had the lowest adhesion force of 63 N.
