摘　　要：在实现战略转进的关键时期,东北优化开发主体功能区建设遭到了由金融危机、能源危机、粮食危机共同汇成的全球性经济危机的巨大冲击。面对现实,有必要评估世界经济危机对东北优化开发主体功能区建设的消极影响,确认东北优化开发主体功能区建设应对经济危机的综合优势,特别是需要做出东北优化开发主体功能区建设走出危机阴影的对策。In the key period of strategic shift, the construction of the Northeast Development Priority Zone of China is seriously attacked by Global Economic Crisis, which includes financial crisis, energy crisis, and food crisis. This paper aims at assessing the negative impacts of the global economic crisis on the Zone and confirms the comprehensive advantages of it in dealing with the global economic crisis. Moreover, countermeasures are also explored herein on how to get the Zone out of the shadow of the current crisis.
