摘　　要：工伤保险对保障矿工生命健康权具有重要意义,但是我国工伤保险制度在保障矿工生命健康权方面存在着障碍。因此,完善我国工伤保险制度,切实保障矿工生命健康权应采取以下措施:一要扩大我国矿工的工伤参保率;二要提高矿工工伤待遇标准,规范矿工工伤缴费费率;三要简化矿工权利救济程序;四要完善立法,加强有关矿工的专项规定。Employment injury insurance is of significance to safeguard miners＇ right of life and health. However, problems still exist in present insurance systems concerned in China. The following measures should be taken so as to efficiently solve these problems： to expand the coverage among the miners; to improve the treatment standard of miners＇ employment injury and regulate the premium rate of such injuries; to simplify the relief procedures of miners＇ rights; to perfect the legislation and strengthen the specified provisions for miners.
